We’re a small, friendly campervan hire service based on the Causeway Coast, Northern Ireland. We offer unique, hassle-free adventures in our much-loved campervan, Bertie!
Q: What’s included in the campervan hire?
Bertie comes fully kitted out — with kitchen essentials, crockery, cutlery, a kettle, gas hob, fridge, lighting, and even cosy touches like cushions and fairy lights. Just pack your bedding, clothes and food!
Q: Can I view Bertie before booking?
Absolutely! We sometimes park up in popular spots like Portrush for viewings — keep an eye on our social media to find out when and where.
Q: How do I book Bertie?
Bookings can be made online through our website — just head to the Booking page and select your preferred dates.
Q: Is a deposit required?
Yes, a booking deposit of £50 is required to secure your dates. The remaining balance is due when your hire begins.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards via our secure online system. Payment plans may be available on request.
Q: What is the Wee Set-Up Service?
Perfect for hassle-free getaways — we deliver Bertie to a pre-arranged spot (like a campsite or coastal car park), get everything set up, and all you need to do is arrive and relax!
Q: Can I bring my pet?
We’re pet-lovers too! Bertie is pet-friendly — just let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
Q: How many people can Bertie sleep?
Bertie sleeps 2 adults comfortably. We also offer a FREE 2-person tent for extra guests or older kids — just ask when booking!
Q: Where do I collect Bertie from?
Collection is from our base in Coleraine, but we also offer delivery within a certain radius — just get in touch for details.
Q: Is insurance included?
Yes, fully comprehensive insurance is included for one named driver (aged 25–75 with a valid UK license).
Q: What happens in case of a breakdown?
We include roadside assistance with every hire for peace of mind during your adventure.
Q: Do I need to clean the van before returning it?
We ask that Bertie be returned in a tidy condition. Deep cleaning is included in your hire, but excessive mess may result in a charge.
Q: What’s your fuel policy?
Please return Bertie with the same amount of fuel he had at pickup.
