Full Setup Before You Arrive

• We handle all the heavy lifting: setting up the inflatable Vango awning or canopy with groundsheet, poles, ropes, and pegs — giving you plenty of extra space to relax both indoors and outdoors.
• Kitchen equipment is all arranged and ready for use — including the gas stove, utensils, crockery, and cookware.
• Safety equipment like smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and roadside emergency gear are all checked and in place.

What You Just Need to Do

• Unpack your bags and settle in.
• Make yourself at home inside Bertie or out under the awning.
• Use the foldable outdoor table and chairs we provide for meals or relaxing outside.
• Fire up the stove and enjoy cooking with the fully equipped kitchen.
• Switch on the fairy lights and fan heater if you want a cosy atmosphere or a little extra warmth.
