For added protection, a steering lock is included to enhance vehicle security during your stay.All equipment is regularly checked and maintained so you can hit the road with confidence.

Wee Campers NI – Quick Terms & Conditions Summary

Welcome! Please read this important summary before confirming your booking. Full Terms & Conditions apply at the time of hire and are available in the footer.

📅 Booking & Rental

• Your booking is confirmed once the rental deposit is paid.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings if necessary for safety or policy compliance.
• The Designated Driver must be 25–75 years old with 2+ years' driving experience and a clean licence.

🔑 Collection & Return Collection:

• Between 2pm–3pm from 70 Railway Road, Coleraine.
• Return: Between 10:30am–11:30am on the final day.

💷 Payments & Deposits

• A £200 (Wee Set Up) or £500 (Self Drive) Security Deposit is required before or on collection.
• 80 miles/day mileage limit applies – £1 per extra mile

⛽ Fuel & Misfuelling

• Please return with a full tank of E5 (super unleaded) petrol.
• Misfuelling may result in full liability for all damage and recovery costs.

📋 Driving & Safety

• Only the named driver may drive.
• Max speed: 50 mph (80 km/h)
• Avoid low bridges (van height 2.1m), car washes, and rough or flooded roads.
• No driving in extreme weather (heavy snow, strong winds, flooding).
• No smoking or vaping in or near the van.
• The side steps on the Van are decorative only and are not designed to bear weight. Stepping on them is strictly prohibited

🧼 Cleanliness & Pets

• The van must be swept and cleared of rubbish before return.
• Pets are allowed only with written approval.

🛡️ Insurance & Responsibility

• Fully insured with a £750 excess (payable if damage occurs).
• You are liable for any: Misuse (clutch/gearbox/fuel damage) Fines, tolls, or traffic offences
• Lost keys or excessive cleaning
• Use of the van is at your own risk.
• The van is vintage and may not have modern safety features.

• Covered by breakdown assistance – stay with the van and contact us immediately.

📍 Tracking & Privacy

• The van is fitted with GPS tracking for safety and insurance.
• Some information is shared with our insurance provider.
